Stanley Harbour Evans
Stanley Harbour Evans, later known as “Super Stan,” was born on November 4, 2013. He passed away after complications from a genetic heart disease on January 18, 2018. Stan’s parents are Lindsey and Stan Evans. He has a big sister, Elizabeth, and now a younger sister, Hannah, who has been added to our family.
Stan's Journey
Super Stan was a courageous boy who endured chemotherapy and stem cell transplants to conquer brain cancer. He suffered through three eye surgeries, seizures, and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Through it all, Stan always had a captivating smile that lit up the room. He found humor in the smallest of things and had the best, most contagious laugh.
Stan loved his two dogs, swimming, music, and trucks of every shape and size, which he called “digs.” Even under the worst of conditions, Stan always had the best outlook and attitude. His short life changed his family and countless others in profound ways.
